Gallery Submissions

On the ground floor, we have an art exhibition space that showcases the work of professional artists, selected through our gallery submission process or by invitation. The exhibits operate on a sale or return basis, with a commission rate of 50% on all sales, providing a platform for a local artist showcase.

On the first floor, we feature our gallery within the gallery, which serves as a dedicated art exhibition space for local artists under the branding of 'SQUARE ONE'. Here, we have divided the display area into separate units that are available for rent on a weekly basis, starting at just £10 per week with a commission rate of 20% on sales. 

Situated in a prime High Street location within this popular visitor destination, we attract an annual footfall of over 15,000 visitors, making it an ideal venue for a local artist showcase to display and sell your artwork.

We also offer the option to hire a separate art exhibition space at a central location in Wells. The gallery submission process for hiring this space is considered on a strict selection basis. Applications for exhibitions, including those for a local artist showcase, will be assessed on a case by case basis.
