General delivery Terms
All items in stock will be dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public & bank holidays, as soon as payment is cleared.
Some products may take longer this applies to items needing specialist packaging - for example a large sculpture or painting may require crating and will take longer.
Damages
You MUST notify us of any damages within 24 hours of delivery send us an email using our contact page enquiry form.
YOU MUST NOW TAKE PICTURES OF DAMAGED ITEM & DAMAGED PACKAGING & EMAIL THEM TO US
Customers will be liable for the full invoice amount if goods are signed for as "Received in good condition" and later found to be damaged. If you do not examine while carrier is present it is essential that you sign for as "Not examined".
Returns Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We can only refund shipping costs if the return is approved as result of our error or damaged in transit. The customer remains responsible for return shipping charges, including all items shipped to you free of charge.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
